Inquiries and reservations

Reset Room uses the details you submit to respond to inquiries, reserve your pod, and send confirmations. Booking and inquiry notifications go to community@resetroom.life. Reservations are stored to manage availability; submitted details are processed by our hosting and email services.

Advertising measurement

Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) use cookies, page visits, device/browser information and confirmed bookings to measure advertising and optimize ads. Google receives the reservation ID, session value and currency; when you accept advertising, your booking email and phone number are also shared with Google in hashed form (enhanced conversions) to improve measurement. Meta receives page visit, checkout and purchase events with a reservation reference for deduplication. No guest name, channel or note is shared. You may reject or later withdraw in Cookie settings.

A booking conversion means a confirmed reservation, not a button click or attended session. Paid reservations are confirmed after payment; included membership minutes may reserve without an additional charge. Google receives the website URL and ordinary technical request information, including IP address. When you accept advertising, your booking email and phone number are also shared with Google in hashed form (enhanced conversions) to improve measurement; we do not upload customer lists. When advertising is rejected or undecided, Google receives only cookieless pings that cannot identify you.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

When advertising measurement is permitted, the Meta Pixel reports page visits, a checkout when you begin payment for a reservation, and a purchase once after a paid reservation is confirmed. Meta receives the session price in US dollars, a reservation reference to prevent duplicate purchases, website URLs, advertising cookies and ordinary technical request information such as IP address and browser information for measurement and ad optimization. Payment session tokens and contact details are removed from URLs before the pixel loads. We do not share guest names, emails, phone numbers, selected channels or notes, and do not enable automatic form collection, advanced matching or server-side uploads.

Consent and withdrawal

Advertising is blocked until acceptance in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and when your region cannot be determined. Elsewhere, ordinary advertising measurement is enabled unless you reject it or signal an applicable browser opt-out. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. No blocked booking events are sent later.

This browser stores your advertising choice, a visitor reference, region, time, and the notice version and text shown. Previous acceptance evidence remains when you withdraw. A reservation’s measurement record references the choice and region at that time. Choices apply immediately in this browser and other open tabs on this site. Clearing browser storage removes these records and may prompt a new choice.
