Our Story
Sometimes, you just need to get away. Reset Room is a place to step away from the noise, the pressure, and the constant demand to be on. It is okay to need a break.
You are welcome here.
We didn't set out to open a wellness business. We set out to build the room we kept wishing existed — somewhere to put the day down without an appointment, a teacher, or a tab to close.
It started as a private suspicion: that most of what we call stress is really just input. That if you removed the input — completely, even for a little while — the body would remember what to do.
So we built the room. A sound-treated warehouse in West Hollywood. Hanging pods. Amber light. Limewash plaster. A pair of headphones, an eye mask, and the deliberate absence of everything else.
No instructor. No schedule. No score at the end. Just a door that opens when you need it and closes behind you when you do.
What happens inside is yours. We don't track it, rate it, or ask you to share it on the way out. The only thing we measure is how quickly you stop looking at the door.
What we kept thinking about
7hrs
Average daily screen time, U.S. adults
We built a room you can spend thirty minutes inside, with nothing asked of you, and walk out feeling like the day gave something back.
What we believe
Our quiet convictions
the room runs on.
Silence is a service.
Not the absence of sound. The presence of relief. We engineered a room around it so you don't have to negotiate for it.
Rest is not a reward. It's a right.
You don't have to earn an hour to yourself. You don't have to finish the list first. The door is open before you've done anything at all.
Less, done with care.
One room. One ritual. No upsell, no app, no homework. Minimalism here means we removed everything that wasn't helping you.
Your nervous system keeps the time.
There is no class to be late for. No instructor watching the clock. You arrive when the day allows. You leave when you're restored.
This is where you return to yourself.
The door is always open. You're always on time.
